WHAT WE DO

Ancient Heart offer shamanic healing and energy healing work in Kendal, Cumbria and the Lake District. We also run community events which aim to support you to live a more free and connected life. We believe that self healing work helps us to create positive change for ourselves and the world.

We can help to balance, strengthen and unblock the energy system. Healthy energy flow is directly related to physical and mental health, so by balancing and tonifying the body's energy, we can work on a range of mental and physical issues that you might be struggling with. Balanced energy flow makes us feel more present and able to live a more full life. Our aim is always to enhance your own ability to self heal.

Our community events aim to help you reconnect with yourself, the planet and your community. We aim to bring you closer into right relationship with all of life, contributing to the ongoing balancing of masculine and feminine energies on the planet.
